RETURN

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. For further information on how to handle a return, please email us at info@astorandeden.co.uk and include your order number.

Please return item(s) in saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in their original packing within 14 days of receiving. Please do not mail products outside of this time limit; they will be denied.

Unfortunately, we do not provide complimentary return labels. The customer is responsible for the postage fees for returned merchandise.

Your postage fees cannot be reimbursed. The refund equals the amount paid for the order.

We cannot accept returns if the items you purchased are damaged or show signs of use; they must be in resealable condition.

Earrings and pierced goods cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.

FAULTY GOODS

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are beautifully packed.

 If your item is faulty or was damaged in transportation, please contact us immediately at info@astorandeden.co.uk. Attaching an image of the item to the email will help the process along. Please do this within 24 hours after getting your merchandise.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund has been accepted. If authorised, you will be promptly refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days after we approved your refund, please contact us at info@astorandeden.co.uk.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

If you are not at home, or the courier was unable to find a secure location to drop off the parcel, or you have not paid the customs duty (for international orders only), the parcel will be returned to us.

When the parcel is returned to us, we will reimburse the jewellery items.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you still want the jewellery pieces, you will need to start a new order.

Customs Duties and Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.
