18K Gold Plated

Stainless Steel

Jewellery made of stainless steel or the base metal of 18K gold plating will be water resistant, but as with any jewellery, it is preferable to prevent contact with chemicals to keep its brilliance.

Sterling Silver 

Silver has a softer structure and therefore the delicate structure makes it tough to process in different designs. Silver must be combined with other metals, usually copper, to give it the hardness required for processing.

925 Sterling Silver contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.

Silver is a costly and delicate material and should be taken good care, such as putting jewellery pieces into a closed box away from the light when not in use.
