    Benefits of opening an account. You can access your purchases, wish-list, and rewards. You will receive a monthly newsletter informing you of new arrivals, discounts, and special promotions, as well as ways to earn loyalty points towards your rewards.
  • I cannot access my account!
    Have you had problems accessing your account? Follow these steps. 1. Check your registration email. Check the email address in the registration email you received when you registered with us. 2. Forgot your password? To reset your password, click the 'Forgot Password' option. You must provide the email address used to register.
  • Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
    We accept all
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes. When you arrive at the checkout, you will see shipping alternatives based on your postal address.
  • What are the postage costs?
    UK Delivery Standard Delivery Free Standard Delivery Postage on all Mainland UK Orders 2-3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48) Express Delivery £4.95 1-2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24) £7.50 for Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery.   • Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
    We may be able to cancel your order, but we ask that you do so within an hour of placing it. If it is too late for us to cancel your order, you may return it.
  • When will my order be sent out?
    We attempt to pack and send your order within 24 hours after receipt, but this is not always possible. Orders may take 3 - 5 business days to post during busy times. Once your order has been shipped, you will be contacted by email.
  • Where is my order?
    Please be mindful that once your order has been packed and posted, you will receive an email with a postage confirmation. You can track the location of your parcel using the reference number provided in the postage confirmation email. Add the reference to the Track & Trace page on Royal Mail
  • Why do I have to pay customs duties? (For International Customers)

  • How do I return my items?
    Should you wish to exchange or return your Astor & Eden purchase, you can do so within 28 days of purchase; however, sale items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page. Buyers are responsible for the direct costs of returning items purchased during the sale.
