Shipping Policy

UK Delivery 

Standard Delivery 

£2.95 Standard Delivery Postage on all Mainland UK Orders 
2-3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

 

Express Delivery
£4.95  1-2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24) 

£7.50 for Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Guaranteed by 1 pm.
Next Working Day delivery is only available to UK Mainland customers on orders placed before 2pm.
*Working days are classified as Monday to Friday.

and do not include bank holidays.

Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Saturday Guaranteed service and will be received before 1pm on the Saturday.

EU Delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery  £10  - 3-5 days 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Holy See (Vatican City State).

2021 Update: International orders, now including the EU, may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
Please be aware that all orders entering European countries after Brexit are now subject to customs and duty charges, which the customer must pay.
 

As customs vary from country to country (Local VAT), we can't advise on these charges, and we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Please keep in mind that for European shipping, if the delivery address is outside of the UK, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item, as well as any additional delivery costs for exchanged items and that our shipping costs vary depending on how many items are ordered.

International Delivery

Please keep in mind that for international shipping, if the delivery address is outside of the UK, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item, as well as any additional delivery costs for exchanged items.
Please keep in mind that our shipping costs vary depending on how many items are ordered.

ORDERING DEADLINE

All orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next working day. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours from Astor & Eden, but this cannot always be guaranteed. Orders may take up to 5 days for dispatch during busy times.

​

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BANK HOLIDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

​

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being available to sign or for any other reason other than the fault of our chosen couriers, and the parcel is returned to us, we will charge a minimum fee of £2.95 to re-deliver the parcel. This will apply to all orders, including those that previously received free delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If you want to return your Astor & Eden purchase, you can do so within 28 days of purchase. For hygienic reasons, we cannot swap or refund earrings unless they are damaged or faulty.

​

For items acquired in the sale, the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of return.
Sale items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
We are unable to provide free returns on all sale items; consequently, you must organise and pay for the return of the product(s) to us.

​

For UK returns - We provide free returns via Royal Mail; please contact sales@astorandeden.co.uk to request a returns label. Once we have confirmed that your items can be returned, we will send you an email with a copy of your return label. When you've received your label, simply print it, adhere it to the top of your parcel, and drop it off at your local post office.

Except in cases where the item is damaged or was incorrectly shipped by us, you must organise and pay for the return of the products to us. We strongly urge that you return things to us via a trackable service. We cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Once all of the above-mentioned information has been received, a refund of the purchase price will be granted. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited with the original price that you paid.

Our products are distributed through a variety of select sales channels, therefore please be advised that we can only handle returns if the item was purchased directly from Astor & Eden Ltd, and we will require a receipt or dispatch note to confirm this.
